Co-Pay Relief Adds Support for Patients
Co-Pay Relief assistance is now available for Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia, Metastatic Colorectal Cancer, Osteoporosis and Multiple Sclerosis patients.
PAF’s Co-Pay Relief program provides direct financial assistance to qualified patients with co-payments, co-insurance or cost-sharing associated with prescription drugs through funds dedicated to specific disease states.
We have received additional grant support for the Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia, Metastatic Colorectal Cancer, Osteoporosis and Multiple Sclerosis funds and are now accepting applications for new and renewal patients impacted by these diagnoses. Our program provides assistance to patients on a first-come, first-served basis and processes applicants in the order in which their completed applications are received.
The specific eligibility criteria for each fund may be found at https://www.copays.org/diseases.
For personal assistance with the application process please call us toll free at 866-512-3861 or visit our application portals at https://www.copays.org/gateway – with access available for patients, providers and pharmacies.
The Co-Pay Relief program may help with all therapeutic and supportive medications, including generic or bioequivalent products prescribed to treat and/or manage the patient’s disease or condition.
