Many state marketplaces offer complementary phone assistance 24 hours a day. To find a list of local organizations or phone numbers for those offering personal help in your area, go to LocalHelp.HealthCare.gov.
A lot of the insurance enrollment process can now be completed online, which may allow for faster handling and access to online help areas.
If you do not have online access, you can call 1-800-318-2596 at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to get personal phone assistance from Marketplace enrollment specialists. This number also offers help in languages other than English.
