Breast Cancer & Metastatic Breast Cancer Focus Groups

When our founder, Nancy Davenport-Ennis became motivated to act on behalf of patients, it came as a result of assisting a close friend who had been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer at 37 years old.  During this experience, Nancy and her husband Jack realized the need for advocacy services was widespread and that too many women like her friend Cheryl were facing challenging medical and insurance situations without an idea how to move forward.    PAF's mission is to serve patients dealing with any number of debilitating, life-threatening or chronic diagnoses, including breast cancer and metastatic breast cancer.   As we continue to produce materials specific to breast and metastatic breast cancer patients, we proudly honor the memory of Cheryl Grimmel.

Register to Provide Your Feedback

In June 2019, PAF is hosting several in-person focus group sessions to gather feedback related to the user experience from the Breast Cancer & Metastatic Breast Cancer Resource Directory and improve this tool moving forward.

In-person sessions are held at local facilities and are conducted with a professional group moderator. All feedback is aggregated and anonymized, and provided to PAF's Patient Education & Empowerment team to allow for upgrades benefiting patients. Sessions run between 90 minutes - 120 minutes long. Complimentary food and refreshments are available for attendees. All attendees will also receive a $50 gift card upon conclusion of the session.

Persons interested in attending one of the sessions should fill out the below form.  A PAF representative will confirm final attendance and provide additional logistics.
