Patient Advocate Foundation Receives Patient Advocacy RISE Award

The Rare Disease Diversity Coalition (RDDC) recently presented the 2024 RDDC Patient Advocacy RISE Award to the Patient Advocate Foundation at its second annual Eve of Rare Disease Day Reception. The RISE Awards recognized a handful of rare disease health equity champions who have been Resilient, Impassioned, Strong, and Empowered towards the mission and vision of the RDDC, demonstrating steadfast commitment and outstanding efforts in addressing the unique challenges faced by those affected by rare diseases.
